Both plans are designed according to customer needs and potential, none is better than the other and selection should be made based on business prospects.

a) Server Management is designed for developers and mainly small to medium business. Clients who are looking for Server Management for optimization, managing, resolving and monitoring website issues can avail this plan hence can go tension free and focus on other aspects of their business.

b) The Full Stack Management is for mid and large-sized Enterprises, who are looking for high class performance and flexibility within managed hosting environment. You can be a startup in initial phase, may be having a single server web shop, or a well-established enterprise looking for high availability and scalability. High powered businesses that want to freedom themselves with liabilities and are looking for outsourcing for IT operations can also have this. In Full stack management you will get complete server management and application level optimization for better and faster performance.

When will I be getting my invoices?

We use a pre-billing process, which means you will be invoiced at the beginning of the month.

ArpatechOps provides for full migration support.

Q. Why do I need to bring my own cloud hosting account and pay for it separately?

Your own cloud hosting account helps you manage it with effectiveness. This helps in avoiding lock-in and you are able to retain 100% ownership of your data and cloud infrastructure, allowing you to be in control of all critical aspects.

You can always opt for closure of service and can walk out with a functional infrastructure. We don’t believe in hidden lock-ins and make sure you have the complete information bringing you peace of mind.

Q. Is the data secure?

We arrange for regular backing of home /web directory data.

Q. Can I change the frequency and number of days for data backups?

Our default frequency is 1 per day; however we accommodate client needs and can provide for quick and delayed backups. Our retention policy is of 15 days i.e. data can be restored anytime from the last 15 days.

Q. Will ArpatechOps install SSL certificate?

Our managed plan services are supported with SSL certificate. We also provide for migration of your existing certificate to new one.

Q. What storage points are used for data?

We provide for different remote locations (off-site backup).

Q. Can email services be setup on my Server Management account?

Outgoing email service via SMTP setups like Gmail can be setup.

Q. Can multiple apps be installed on a single server?

Yes.

Q. How many applications are available on Server Management support?

We offer for complete E-commerce application support including Magento, OpenCart, WooCommerce, JOPAL and customized PHP.

Q. How is account upgrading done?

You can chose any of the packages. Simply intimate your account manager and complete upgrading would be carried out.

In Full stack management you will get complete server management and application level optimization for better and faster performance.

We are a custom-tailored setup and use all kinds of coaching layers supported by your application. This includes Alternative PHP Cache (APC), Varnish, Memcached and many more. The performance of resources is further boosted with the deployment of Nginx Web server (unless your app can't run properly with it).

Q. Do I need to bring my own cloud hosting?

Your own cloud hosting helps in avoiding lock-ins and 100% ownership of data remains with you, lettingyou to remain in control.

You can walk away with a functional infrastructure at any given time.

Q. Which cloud hosting servers do you work with?

We are currently working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), DigitalOcean, Vultr and Microsoft Azure. With an open communication channel and established relationship with these providers we are able to deliver our customers the best of services. We strive for the best and make sure our investment with our partners remain in the better interest of our partners.

We're however open to working with other providers/environments as well, on a case by case basis.

Q. What is different in Full Stack Management?

A custom tailored setup we offer you all kinds of caching layers that your app can support. By default we also deploy Nginx as Web server (unless your app can't run properly with it). This again, helps boost performance that you can get from your resources.

Q. Are there any restrictions on Full Stack Management plan?

There are no restrictions with reference to key resources such as CPU, memory, number of servers etc.
